Le Callovien est le dernier étage stratigraphique du Jurassique moyen. Il s'étend à peu près entre -166,1 ± 1,2 et -163,5 ± 1,0 millions d'années, succédant au Bathonien et précédant immédiatement le Jurassique supérieur.
